Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You as the customer pay the shipping back to me yourself. It may NOT be sent cash on delivery. I will NOT redeem those packages. Items sent back to us without a return request first being requested will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

We will replace a product that we have determined to be incorrectly shipped or damaged. In the event of a valid return, we will pay the return shipping. However, if you have ordered more items than you returned, we will not refund the full shipping cost. For incorrectly returned items, no compensation will be paid for either the item or the return costs, nor will the customer receive the item back without paying new shipping costs. In the event of any dispute, ARN's recommendations will be followed.

 

Exceptions/items without returns
Certain types of items may not be returned such as customized products (for example, special orders or personalized items) and self-care products (for example, beauty products). Contact us if you have questions about or problems with a specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.

If merchandise is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any specific reason. Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and checked the return, and whether or not the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take a while for the bank or credit card company to process the return so that it appears on your account.
