Deliveries - Delivery time

Current shipping costs are added when checking out the shopping cart. Normally, goods are delivered within 2-5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays). Delays in shipping may occur during trade fairs, promotions and in the event of illness. Packages are sent with PostNord and DHL. Which carrier depends on the weight. Small packages are sent with PostNord and larger ones with DHL.

I take no responsibility for Posten/DHL's delivery times. If you discover upon receipt that the shipment is damaged in transit, you must immediately report this to Posten/DHL or the delivery point when you pick up the package. The report must be confirmed by the staff who delivers the package. You as a customer are then obliged to report the damage to the transport company with which the package was sent (DHL) or (PostNord).

If the goods are damaged/lost during transport from Lilofant to you as a customer, Lilofant is (payment) liable. If the goods are damaged/lost during transport to Lilofant, you as the customer are responsible for (payment).

 

Order collection

Order collection takes place after the agreed day and time when my business is conducted in my own home. It is NOT possible to just show up at the specified address.

 

Unclaimed packages

We reserve the right to invoice return shipping if the package is returned (250 SEK within Sweden, 350 SEK outside Sweden). If you wish to have the package sent again, a new shipping fee will be added.

NOTE! You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the address, email address and mobile number are correct when you place the order (an incorrect address can result in the package being sent incorrectly and an incorrect email address and mobile number can result in the package not being notified but being sent back).

 

Delivery delay

If there is a delivery delay, we will notify you by email. You as the customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. I will do everything in my power to fulfill your order. There may be occasions when it is impossible to fulfill the order.
I reserve the right to exempt myself from any compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

If you want to have your order divided because it takes time before all the items are in stock, an additional shipping cost will be added.
